Mid March Update

At least on a trial basis, simply for the reason that I'm not sure it's worth the time we are no longer going to be posting jobs on this blog/website.  Time management is a major key in successful recruiting, and currently, we aren't having any problem filling 99% or our jobs.  Many of our jobs are advertised on Ed's Job List, others in various places depending on the type of job. We may occassionaly post an odd job, but for the most part, at least while there are so many candidates, are going to be more time efficient and only post to advertised positions when necessary

IMO, Ed's is the best biotech board in the universe! If we don't have a job there for you, chances are, another recruiter will. There's plenty there for all of us! Do know that Ed's is for the most part exclusive to biotech recruiters (as in, all biotech recruiters in North America), so you won't have to deal with anyone who can't explain the technology to you or isn't savvy regarding the ins and outs of biotech.

We continue to recruit "biotech only", however, "biotech anything." Last week we filled both a $225,000 exec position as well as an entry level sales position on the same day. Our flat fee rates continue to be very popular and appreciated; however, there are still companies who prefer to use a group of recruiters consequently don't mind paying conventional full rates. Our goal is to meet your needs, and we now offer the entire range  for all types of companies and situations.

All said, our most common jobs are sales (reagent and capital equipment), FAS (field application specialists),  often in the fields of molecular biology and genomics/proteomics. We accept resumes from any candidate with a life science degree.  If you have sent us a resume, you are in our database and can rest assured that if a job comes along for which you appear to be a likely fit, we will contact you.

Many thanks to our wonderful and much appreicated candidates and employers; couldn't do it wiithout you!
